SYTA Cancellations/Refund Policy -

In the event that a participant decides to cancel for a Professional Development Activity eg workshop, Conference, the following applies:

If the cancellation is made more than seven days before the event:
Full fee is transferable for use within 12 months or a refund can be given less 20% cancellation fee of the full fee.

If the cancellation is made with 1 – 3 days notice before the event:
80% of the fee is transferable for use within twelve months period or a refund less 50% cancellation fee of the full fee.

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours
The full fee is forfeited.

Where there are exceptional circumstances eg sickness, death in family etc there will be a  50% refund.

The refund Policy is to be displayed clearly on all advertising, eg fliers, posters.
