We offer Satyananda Yoga® classes in Enmore and Erskineville

Classes are usually taught in 9 week terms, beginning: 6 February, 30 April, 23 July, 15 October 2012

Try a casual class or enrol for a group of classes

We also conduct yoga classes:  

  • in the workplace and in education 
  • privately for individuals or groups 
  • tailored programs for special needs 

Our yoga classes combine stretching & movement, breathing practices, meditation and deep relaxation

Cost of a 9 week term (per person)


One course:    $165 (concession $140)

Two courses:   $275 (concession $230)

* If enrolled for a term course, pay only $19 (conc $16) for casual classes in the same term


Casual class:   $25  (concession $20)

Special offer for new students: first class $20 (conc $15)



Yoga Pass: 5 yoga classes $108 (conc. $90), 10 yoga classes $200 (conc. $170) - valid for 12 months


Gift Vouchers are available for a course of yoga classes valid for any term in 2012

Rebates are available from some Health Funds

Classes will run if numbers are sufficient. People enrolled will be contacted if a class is cancelled.

Types of classes offered


Foundation Yoga

* These classes introduce and develop the core of our yoga practices

* Suitable for beginners or those wanting to consolidate at this level


Progressive Yoga

* These classes expand on Foundation level yoga, developing our practices to a deeper level

* Recommended for students who have completed at least two Foundation level courses and those with suitable prior experience of Satyananda Yoga




Experienced Yoga

* These classes expand on Progressive level practices, particularly in the areas of meditation and chanting

* Recommended for students who have been practising yoga regularly for more than a year




General Yoga

* These classes are designed on an individual basis, pitched to the level of students attending the class

* Recommended for students with some previous experience of yoga






Your Yoga Teacher


Kerry


In 1983 Kerry started practising yoga from the Satyananda tradition.  Along with high school teaching, he began to teach yoga classes in 1992 and five years later completed yoga teacher training.  Kerry has yoga teacher accreditation with the SATYANANDA
YOGA® Academy and is a past president of the Satyananda Yoga Teachers’ Association (SYTA).  He has a passion for yoga and a strong interest in the philosophy of Vedanta.
