Suitable for beginners and those wanting to consolidate at this level. Progressive YogaThese classes expand on Foundation Yoga, developing the practices to a deeper level. Recommended for students who have completed two Foundation courses and those with suitable prior experience of yoga. Experienced YogaThese classes expand on Progressive level practices, particularly in the areas of meditation and chanting. Recommended for students who have been practising yoga regularly for more than a year. General Level YogaThese classes are designed on an individual basis, pitched to the level of students attending the class. Dynamic Yoga & MeditationThese classes are more physically challenging, including sequences of yoga and meditation. There is no Yoga Nidra practice in this class.
