Location
All classes are at Epping Yoga Studio, 15 Chelmsford Ave, Epping 2121. The studio faces north and overlooks a large garden. There is plenty of parking on the street, and we are a 10 minute walk from Epping Station.
Fees
You can buy 4 classes for $70 or 10 classes for $150.
Seniors class: $10 per class
Yoga Nidra & Meditation: $5 per class

Type of classes offered
The general/beginners and intermediate classes are one and a half hours.
General/beginners: gentle postures, breathing practices and deep relaxation.
Intermediate: stronger postures including Salute to the Sun, breathing practices, meditation and deep relaxation. The Tuesday class also includes a reading on some aspect of yoga.
Seniors: this one hour class includes gentle postures and a short relaxation.
Yoga Nidra & Meditation followed by optional question and answer session: Friends and family welcome!
The TeacherRuth Perini (Srimukti) is a Level 2 accredited Satyananda Yoga teacher, and is affiliated with the Satyananda Yoga Academy. Her involvement with Satyananda Yoga includes several years as Secretary of SYTA and member of the Ethics Committee. CD's of her various yoga classes are available; cost $15 to $20.
