Breathwork specialist training - including details of mind states and breath patterns, psychology and physiology of trauma release and panic or anxiety attacks and spontaneous regression - including psycho-spiritual states of emergency and crisis management. Chakra psychology and the relationship with awakening are also the basis of work through the levels of Kundalin awakening.
Alakh visited the Munger ashram of Swami Satyanada in India first in 1976 to be initiated into Kriya Yoga. She practised the Kriyas each day on her return to Australia and went back to live in the Ashram permanently in 1977. Back in Australia in 1986, she has worked with evolving consciousness techniques through conscious breathing, meditation, kumbhaka, preparation for Kriya Yoga and Kriya Yoga and any techniques that clear patterns of trauma, limiting decisions and un healthy or suppressed emotional states. Her main passion is how to support spiritual awakening and clearing that prevents us from living moment to moment and free to be at points of choice in our lives.
