Guruprem specialises in teaching yoga for women's health and wellbeing, with focus on the peri-natal period.
Guruprem is currently living at Mangrove Mountain so is not running regular classes.
Guruprem can be booked for workshops and retreats for the following fees:
Half day workshop - $300 plus travel
Full day workshop - $ 400 plus travel
Weekend retreat - $800 plus travel
Guruprem teaches both regular and specialist classes, workshops and retreats for women.
Guruprem has been teaching Satyananda yoga for nearly 20 years now and in that time has continued to specialise is yoga for women's health and well being. She brings to her teaching great depth of yogic knowledge and personal experience as a mother, doula and facilitator of women's circle work. Guruprem is currently undertaking training as a leading facilitator with the Pathways Foundation, an organisation involved in running Rites of Passage camps for teenage girls and their mothers. Guruprem is currently residing at Mangrove Mountain working on the new peri-natal component of teacher training for the Satyananda Yoga Academy.
