YPM has been up and running for over 13 years on the beautiful South Coast of NSW. Based in Ulladulla and run by Kerri Wild (Santashakti) classes are held in a variety of locations. The main venue is Kerri's private Ulladulla Studio which is carpeted and
heated during the cooler months. Kerri's aim is to provide a nurturing and caring environment to which all can benefit from yoga and the other modalities which she enjoys sharing.
Private/mobile and corporate classes are available and regular workshops are all also held in Ulladulla.

Venues
- Ulladulla classes are held in a private studio in the heart of Ulladulla
- Milton classes are held in the CWA Hall in Wason Street Milton
- Mollymook classes are held in the Mollymook Surf Club @ Mollymook Beach
- Zen Yoga early morning classes are seasonal and start times may vary from 6am-6.20am
Term Fees
- 50-70 min classes $13/$11 per class (no concession for casual Zen classes)
- 50-70 classes $110/$90con for 10 classes - must be used within 10 weeks of purchasing

or term payment @ $140 for a 10 week term
- Zen classes - $132 if you bring your own mator $150 if YPM supplies mat
- Restoration Yoga $20 per person - class limited to 4 students
Further discounts may apply for students booking more than 2 classes per week
Term Enrolments & Bookings
Enrolments are welcome prior to the start of the class chosen or casual bookings are taken depending on the availability of class/time/day etc. To avoid disappointment and for your own benefit bookings are encouraged and some classes book out so term fees may apply to secure a spot.
Class Descriptions
- General Yoga class for
all - includes asanas, pranayama, meditation and/or yoga nidra
- Yoga/Pilates classes focus is on core strength and flexibility - 60-70min Yoga/Pilates classes include yoga asanas, core strengthening pilates exercises and pranayama (breathing) practices - 1.5hr classes include yoga nidra for relaxation
- Core Yoga is a dynamic yoga/pilates fusion class that will strengthen and streamline the body, reduce tension, enhance posture and cultivate a state of active relaxation in everyday life
- Gentle classes for those new to yoga and/or pilates or looking for a
gentler class
- Pre-natal Yoga suitable for those over 12wks pregnant, these classes run on demand - 3 students needed to make a class - 1.30-3pm Monday or Tuesday please contact Kerri to book
- Zen Yoga classes are a combination of yoga, pilates and a short walk
About the Teacher
Kerri has been teaching yoga since 1999 and is an accredited level 2 SATYANANDA YOGA Teacher committed to expanding her own knowledge and experience of yoga attending regular workshops and retreats. Kerri also has a matwork certificate in pilates and enjoys combining the age old wisdom of yoga with the core strengthening principles of pilates exercises thus creating her popular yoga/pilates classes. Kerri has recently discovered Core Yoga which is designed to maintain the rich, relaxing experience of yoga, while offering movements designed to strengthen the entire body, particularly the core muscles.
Another of Kerri's passions is Laughter Yoga, which she is also qualified to teach, and she runs classes free of charge when possible and is also available for bookings corporate or private.
Kerri also offers a range of massage therapies from her private studio in Ulladulla, such as Remedial, Swedish, Ka Huna (Hawaiian) and Pregnancy Massage.
