great flexibility to do yoga. Yoga is based on scientific principles. It

An individual session
gives you the opportunity to have an in-depth session
completely dedicated to your needs. Reasons an individual
session might be best at this time:

you need to find ways to relax, improve self confidence,

Individual session - 1 Ό hour, your investment is $60 per
person.
Group of two people - 1 ½ hour, your investment is $100 for
the session.
Group of three people - 1 ½ hours, your investment is $125
for the session.
This can be arranged during normal business hours, weekends
and after hours. Includes a program written out so you can
continue on your own.
