Yoga classes are in the Satyananda Tradition and each class combines postures/yoga stretching, breathing practices, meditation and deep relaxation.

Yoga is so much more than just postures. You don’t have to have great flexibility to do yoga. Yoga is based on scientific principles. It relaxes the muscles, tones internal organs, turns on the relaxation response, releases physical, emotional and mental tensions. You learn where you hold tension, you improve your postures, you feel more confident about yourself.

Seminars provide a solid base of knowledge to understand successful wellbeing techniques and strategies. As well as the intellectual understanding all the seminars include a practical component.

  • Self Reflection

 

Yoga for You – Tailored to Suit

An individual session gives you the opportunity to have an in-depth session completely dedicated to your needs. Reasons an individual session might be best at this time:

  • maybe you are unable to make an evening class
  • you might have a specific health issues that you want to address
  • You may be experiencing a challenging or difficult circumstance and you need to find ways to relax, improve self confidence, gain clarity of mind and strength
  • you want to learn a specific yoga technique
  • you and a friend would like to try yoga

 

 

Individual session - 1 Ό hour, your investment is $60 per person.

Group of two people - 1 ½ hour, your investment is $100 for the session.

Group of three people - 1 ½ hours, your investment is $125 for the session.

This can be arranged during normal business hours, weekends and after hours. Includes a program written out so you can continue on your own.
