The Satyananda
Yoga centre in Kim Street, Gladesville was well loved by all who attended it
between 1985 and 2001. Since its closing, the following yoga classes in the
Satyananda tradition are still being taught in the Gladesville / Hunters
Hill / Ryde area.
Great place to start yoga or resume after a break. Classes include gentle physical
postures/stretches, breathing techniques, relaxation (Yoga Nidra) & meditation.
