Gentle yoga & relaxation classes
can be arranged at your premises before or after work, as well as during lunch
hours. The Satyananda style of yoga lends itself well to corporate environments
as it is gentle, allowing for people of all levels of ability to participate,
and emphasises relaxation and awareness.
When we are relaxed but aware, we see the world with clarity
so we can make choices and changes to enhance our quality of life and that of
those around us. To participate in the workplace in this spirit brings benefits
on many levels - individual, organisation, customers, suppliers, the environment
and the community.
Regular classes
are usually arranged for a specific period (such as 10 weeks). Although
the organisation often finances the costs of the course, staff are often
prepared to contribute as well, especially if they are provided a quiet space
and a few minutes changing time either side of the class.
Conventions, seminars & workshops are also popular
occasions for yoga classes either to get the morning off to a positive start or
to wind down at the end of a long and mentally active day.
