Belly Bliss Yoga specialises in pregnancy, birth and postnatal yoga.  Courses are offered in Hobart, Tasmania and taught by Julia Gibson. Julia first connected with Satyananda yoga in 1988, appreciating its wholistic approach she was drawn to teacher training which she completed in 1996 and is accredited as a level two teacher. Belly Bliss Yoga offers the following courses: 

Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth (prenatal yoga)

Gentle postures, mindful breathing, deep relaxation and connecting with your baby enhance your experience of health and happiness during pregnancy.

 Preparing for Birth with Yoga (a workshop for couples)

Practical skills and an understanding of what to expect during the different stages of birth help you to approach labour feeling empowered and confident.

Mother-Baby Yoga (postnatal yoga)

Revitalise your energy, re-tone your body, take time for gentle nurturing of yourself and enjoy peaceful relaxation with your baby.
