THURSDAY – SPRINGWOOD
UNITING CHURCH HALL, LEWIN STREET
 10.00 - 11.30am

Fees
: $130 / $110 for 10 weeks
4 for $55 / $45 (used within same term)
$15 / $12 casual fee



These structured classes will introduce you safely and progressively to core Yoga practices:

  • Asana: Postures to stretch and strengthen the physical body and develop grace of movement throughout everyday life
     

  • Pranayama: Using conscious control of the breath to balance energy levels & steady the emotions
     

  • Yoga Nidra: A systematic method of deep relaxation - a favourite practice among many!
     

  • Meditation: Creating stillness in the deeper levels of the self. Finding the calm within, we come closer to our true nature

 

Other Information

To make the most of your class, please note:

  • please bring a cushion and blanket

  • wear loose, comfortable clothes

  • avoid heavy meals prior to class

  • arrive 10 mins early to allow time to settle
