structured classes will introduce you safely and progressively to core
Yoga practices:

Asana: Postures to stretch and strengthen the
physical body and develop grace of movement throughout everyday life

Pranayama: Using conscious control of the breath
to balance energy levels & steady the emotions

Yoga Nidra: A systematic method of deep
relaxation - a favourite practice among many!

Meditation: Creating stillness in the deeper
levels of the self. Finding the calm within, we come closer to our
true nature
