Pregnancy is a transitional time for
women, when many physical & emotional changes take place. Prenatal Yoga is
about honouring these changes in ourselves, our body and our baby. Postures
help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles and keep the body flexible,
while using the breath helps to connect mother and baby and prepare for a
healthy, mindful, more natural birth. Classes work towards deep
relaxation for a peaceful, calm state and also assist mothers-to-be by
providing a supportive space in which to share information and knowledge.
