Yoga Classes for Seniors

Seniors classes include gentle postures which can be done standing, lying down, sitting on the floor or in chairs. There are also breathing practices and a short relaxation session.

Some of the comments of participants have been:

  • I haven't slept so well in years

  • I can now bend over without hurting

  • I'm feeling a lot more energetic and flexible

  • my arthritis is a lot better - I even do the finger exercises in the train
