Satyananda Yoga Accreditation and use of Trademark
SYTA members are not permitted to use the SYTA Logo for any advertising purpose. The SYTA Logo may only be used on official SYTA business and this usage must be approved in writing by the SYTA Management Committee. SYTA Full members may only use SYTA and Satyananda Yoga Teachers' Association Inc. to advertise that they are a member of SYTA. No endorsement by SYTA of events or products is permitted without express and detailed approval by the SYTA Management Committee in writing.
SYTA members are advised to read the SYTA -SYA Agreement which
clearly states SYTA's obligation in relation to the Satyananda
name and also the SYAA Accreditation Agreement
Full members of SYTA not wishing to accredit with Satyananda
Yoga Academy have permission to use the SATYANANDA YOGA name only as
part of a statement of their SYTA membership, eg “Member of Satyananda
Yoga Teachers’ Association”, in a non prominent context (example):

Somewhere on the document or page in small type needs to appear
“SATYANANDA YOGA® is a registered trademark of IYFM used under license.
