Full attendance and participation Category 1 SY PD 12 points.
Utama is passionate about sharing the insights and wisdom she has gained through many years of working with and observing elders, as a nurse in aged care for 20 years and teaching chair yoga classes in the community for 8 years.
Her inquiring mind meant that she looked for reasons behind elders losing mobility, or losing their memory etc. Her passion for teaching yoga to elders has its roots embedded in the understanding that their primary wish was and still is, to maintain their independence as they aged well.
Join us for a weekend of theory, practice and collective sharing of knowledge, experience and wisdom on the topic of teaching yoga to elders, chair yoga and positive ageing.

TryBooking registration includes standard ashram accommodation, all vegetarian meals and all classes and regular ashram program as per your Teaching Yoga for Positive Ageing timetable.

Note: All additional accommodation requests such as single or twin private accommodation with or without ensuite incur a surcharge, payable directly to Rocklyn Ashram on top of the booking fees as per above.
