Matrika (Margaret) teaches yoga in the Satyananda tradition. Soothing Yoga classes are designed to promote calmness, to rejuvenate body and mind. Each class includes Asana promoting mobility, flexibility and strength; Pranayama expands breath capacity and prana flow; Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique to calm and heal; Meditation focuses the mind.
