I have been teaching Satyananda Yoga classes in the quiet garden studio of the ACT Yoga & Meditation Centre since 1985. Including my YogaNatal classes for pregnant women, mums and bubs. The classes all include a balance of postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation and encourage a non competitive inner focus of awareness.
Recently classes have successfully transitioned to being taught via Zoom on line. I am still considering options to get back to face to face teaching hopefully by second half of Term 3.
All are welcome, no previous experience or fitness level required.
Regular Weekly Classes

All classes are run for an hour and a half.
Monday 5.30 pm : Progressive General Yoga and Meditation
Monday 7.30 pm : Prenatal Yoga
Tuesday 5.30 pm : Prenatal Yoga
Wednesday 10.30 am : Post natal Yoga
Wednesday 5.30 pm : Prenatal Yoga
Types of Classes
Progressive Yoga & Meditation : This level is for students who wish to explore yoga in more depth .
Pre-Natal Yoga & Meditation : The practices taught in this class are suitable for you at any stage of pregnancy. No previous experience of yoga is necessary. Classes include breathing and meditation practice
Post Natal Yoga : This class is for you and your baby from six weeks after birth until they can move about.
