Free Online Session – Yoga and HappinessTuesday 21 April | 7:00–8:00pm (AEST) | via Zoom
This one-hour session will be a joyful and practical exploration of how happiness can be awakened from within through the practices of yoga and a yogic way of living.
Together, we will reflect on how our daily life influences our experience of happiness, and explore yoga as a living path through daily attitudes, mantra, kirtan, meditation, and simple awareness in everyday life.
