Join Swami Karma Karuna to find out more about the upcoming journey to India with Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Slideshow Presentation with Q & A.This Hatha Yoga and Meditation class will focus on the Ajna Chakra-the Third Eye Centre of intuition and wisdom which is an important energy centre that we will explore during the India retreat. We will use this focus to connect into the energy of Guru Poornima, the Full Moon the energy of light and inspiration on the spiritual path.
