PARIVARTAN - Time to Change
An Introduction to Yoga Ecology with Swami Prembhava Saraswati
Saturday, September 13th, 9:30am - 3:30pm
Join us in the spirit of yoga and conscious living for a special day of reflection and reconnection as we explore Yoga Ecology—a holistic, Yogic & Vedic approach to living in harmony with Mother Nature (Prakriti)
In this introductory seminar Swami Prembhava Saraswati will guide us through the foundational principles of Yoga Ecology. Learn how ancient Yogic wisdom and practical lifestyle choices can help us live more simply, sustainably, and in balance with the natural world.
Together, we will explore:
· Yogic attitudes and values that support ecological awareness
· Daily practices and aradhana (devotional activity) to deepen our connection with nature
· Mantras and simple rituals to nurture inner and outer harmony
· Practical lifestyle changes to support both personal and planetary wellbeing
This is more than a seminar—it’s an invitation to begin a journey of positive inner change and connection that radiates outward to our communities and ecosystems.
Swami Prembhava has been a student of yoga since her teenage years. She has a Bachelor of Environmental Science from University of Newcastle, a Master of Applied Yogic Science from Bihar Yoga Bharati and has been a BYB Yoga Ecology Course Director. Her many years of ashram life have enabled an embodied experience and greater understanding of her studies. She has presented her wealth of knowledge in Greece, Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy and South America.
