Sakshi has been teaching for over twenty-five years and has a special interest in meditation and mantra. Classes are small, in a designated, comfortable yoga space and there are zoom options available. We also have a small kirtan group.
Whilst about half of each 90 minute class involves asana (postures), the emphasis is on the deeper aspects of yoga and a meditative mind.
Monday: 7 - 7.30pm suitable for all
Tuesday: 9.30 - 11am suitable for all
Wednesday: 10 - 11.30am gentle class
Wednesday: 6.30 - 8pm suitable for all
Saturday: 10 - 11.30am advanced (in terms of knowledge of yoga, not difficulty of asana)
