Shubhatma has been teaching for over 25 years during which time she was a resident senior teacher at Rocklyn Ashram in Victoria for 19 years and coordinator of the SYA Yoga Teacher Training Diploma for Rocklyn Ashram/Yoga Association of Victoria. Shubhatma currently teaches a class for active older women in Mt Barker SA, chair yoga for the Positive Aging Centre at Woodside SA and Online lifestyle, pranayama and meditation sessions. Shubhatma holds a Diploma in Satyananda Yoga Training, Cert 1V TAE40110 Workplace Training and Assessment and has participated in Trauma Sensitive Yoga (Australia) training for yoga teachers. More recent and current training includes Certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching (WCA) with focus on Yoga Lifestyle and Personal Sadhana coaching/mentoring, and Mental Health First Aid for Community (Australia). Shubhatma currently serves as Vice President and Secretary for Satyananda Yoga Teachers Association (SYTA) and is actively engaged in her home state of SA SYTA community.
